Chili-Cheese Log


1 pkg cream cheese at room temperature
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese at room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Combine cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder and cayenne. Stir in half the nuts. Shape into a roll at 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Sprinkle roll with mixture of chili powder and the remaining pecans and paprika. Chill. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Serve with crackers.
