Fudge

1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups demerara sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup canned milk
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch or (fill in the blank) chips
2 or 2-1/2 or 3 cups nuts, raisins, currents, coconut (fill in the blank)
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix butter, sugar and milk, stirring well and often, over heat. Boil at full rolling boil for 15 minutes. Don't forget to stir!.

Take off heat and add bag of marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add nuts and chips and vanilla and (fill in the blank). Stir more.

Pour (sortof) into "prepared" pan. Sometimes I use a 9 x 9. Sometimes I use a loaf pan. Once I used a muffin tin. Sometimes it gets stuck in the loaf pan.

Let cool.
Cut as desired.
Eat.
