Mix together in large cake pan:
2 Cups of graham wafer crumbs
1/2 Cup of coconut
1/2 Cup of walnuts
Mix together in saucepan then just boil:
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1/4 Cup white sugar
1/2 Cup butter
Pour boiled cocoa mixture over graham wafer mixture, mix and then press into pan.
Mix together in bowl:
1/4 Cup of soft butter
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Heaping tablespoons Bird's® custard powder
2 Cups icing sugar
Spread Bird's® custard powder mixture over graham wafer mixture. I find wetting my spatula when I do this helps to spread the mixture around and doesn't add too much moisture.
Melt together in cocoa mixture saucepan:
I Package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of milk
Spread over Bird's® custard powder mixture.
Refrigerate for as long as you can stand it before having one.
