The following should NOT be Ingested!
1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup salt
2 Teaspoons cream of tarter
1 Cup water
1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
Mix wet and dry ingredients and then cook over medium heat stirring constantly until dough is the right consistency - about 5 minutes.
This is a GREAT recipe for play doh and provided Shelley's children with hours of entertainment! Keep it in a somewhat air proof container. Zip lock sandwich bags work well. Note: Because of the high salt content, extended playing with may cause dry hands. Repeat: DO NOT EAT!
