Puppy Cookies

1 cup powdered milk
2 eggs
3 cups corn flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 pound of chicken livers
1/2 cup dried parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil

Boil chicken livers until done. Place in blender with just enough liquid so that everything will mix well. Pulverize. Add eggs mix again.

Combine milk, corn flour, garlic, brown sugar, parsley and then mix in olive oil & chicken liver mixture.

Add just enough flour to make mixture amenable to patting down on the counter and cutting into cookies. About 1/2 inch thick. We use a shot glass to cut into cookies and then cut the cookies into quarters as soon as they come out of the oven.

Cook 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes on greased pan.

Cookies need to be kept in the refrigerator or freezer. In the fridge they'll keep for a couple of weeks. They thaw so quickly, we just leave them in the freezer.

Shelley tells people that Fredi will "wash the dishes" for one of these cookies.
