Shortbread Cookies

1 cup white flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup butter (do not substitute)

Combine flour, corn starch & icing sugar in large bowl. With large spoon, blend in butter thorough. Work with hands until soft, smooth dough forms. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with lightly floured bottom of glass. Bake at 300 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from sheets; cool completely.
