Tara Vidak's Pasta Salad

2 cups cooked noodles (doubled sauce as indicated below & used a whole box - worked out fine)
2 cups fresh chopped tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 green pepper
1 yellow or orange pepper
1 cup of fresh mushrooms
A few green onions, chopped
Any other veggies that you like (we used grated carrots)

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika

Toss pasta and veggies together. Mix up sauce and pour over pasta and veggies. Done!

By the way, Tara said she usually doubles the sauce 'cuz she likes it "saucy" and if you add more veggies they tend to absorb the sauce so you usually need more.
