Chocolate Crunch Bars

    1/4 cup rice crispies
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1/4 - 1/2 cup maple syrup and/or honey
         (depending on how sweet you want it
         ~ taste as you're going along)
  • Combine coconut oil and sweetener
  • Stir, then add cocoa powder and rice crispies 
  • Stir until it gets thick. 
  • Smush between layers of wax paper
  • Freeze until solid, and store in the freezer.
