1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 oz. jar Sweet N Sour Sauce
1 (15 oz.) can of pineapple chunks, drained
2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker/Crock Pot with chicken on top.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved to a medium thick paste with water.
- Cook an additional 20-30 minutes
- Serve with steamed white or brown rice.
