First as Tragedy, Second as Farce

The above photo was taken by one of Sigred's Instagram friends @andysval12 who lives in Cuenca.  When Sigred contacted him and asked if she could use the above photo on TNCNNA he replied back (in Spanish) that of course she could use it;  he only wanted the world to see how beautiful his city of Cuenca is.
